Where: The meeting will be at the community clubhouse, 1743 Skyloft Lane, Encinitas CA 92024, with the Inspector on live video feed.
No ballots will be accepted on the day of the meeting. All ballots must be returned so that they are RECEIVED by the Inspector of Elections no later than the deadline stated below.
