No ballots will be accepted on the day of the meeting. All ballots must be returned so that they are RECEIVED by the Inspector of Elections no later than the deadline stated below.

To elect three (3) Members to the Board of Directors for two-year terms each. Members will also be voting to approve IRS Ruling 70-604.
